The dog sledding tour takes you along the pristine trails of Goat Pond, through some of the most beautiful and unforgettable scenery. Follow your guide over wide bridges crossing over small streams. Glide down hills as the soft powder snow tickle your face. Breath in the crisp mountain air as you desend to the Goat Pond. All tours begin with a 30 minute Introduction where you learn safety, commands and the history of the dog sledding sport. Driving the teams is optional, you will need to do a little jogging up some of the small hills to help your dogs. If driving a dog team doesn't appeal to you then perhaps cuddling up in a cozy sled and letting your friends or family drive sounds like a better idea for you. You will be on this stunning mountain trail for approximately an hour and the remaining time will be spent warming up by the campfire where you can enjoy the famous Mystery Cookies and sip hot apple cider sharing your exciting stories with your family and friends.
